Philanthropy is no stranger to endowments, but we rarely see a concerted effort to endow Black-serving nonprofits or specifically Black power-building organizations. Sustaining the legacy of Black power-building requires enduring institutions dedicated to ensuring Black perspectives and voices can shape a future where we all thrive. CBFF and NCG partnered for this event in Oakland on cutting-edge approaches to sustaining organizations through endowments and how that work is connected to advancing an agenda that radically transforms opportunity for the Black community.
